Keep Your Phone Line: Once your Starlink service is active, you can cancel your existing broadband or entire phone line, though some customers choose to keep their traditional phone line. 
 
New Gen4 Equipment: The latest Starlink Gen4 router comes with two Ethernet ports for wired connections or for setting up a mesh Wi-Fi system to extend your signal. We can design and install a hard-wired or mesh system to ensure your entire property has coverage.

For businesses that need even greater performance, Starlink offers several plans: 
 
Entry-Level Plan: For £96.00 per month (including VAT), you get 40GB of priority data and a static IP address. After the 40GB is used, the service switches to standard data. 
 
High-Volume Plan: For £180.00 per month (including VAT), you receive 1TB of priority data. 
 
No Long-Term Contracts: Unlike traditional leased lines, you own the hardware and are not locked into a long-term contract.

Getting Started with Starlink 
 
Order Equipment: Purchase your Starlink kit directly from the Starlink website. Delivery typically takes 3 days to 2 weeks. If you need assistance with the ordering process, please call us at 07501313281.

Hardware Installation: Starlink requires a clear view of the sky, generally facing northwest to west. We can perform a site survey or you can send us pictures of your property and the northwest-to-west sky view via WhatsApp. This helps us determine the best and most suitable location for your dish. We provide all necessary equipment, including brackets, poles, and custom masts. The standard cable from the dish to the router is 15m, but we can make longer custom cables or you can order a 45m cable directly from Starlink. 
 
Share Your Connection: Starlink's high-speed connection can be shared with other buildings or even neighbors with a clear line of sight. As a certified Ubiquiti installer, we can configure point-to-point bridges to multiple premises, making it a great way to split the cost of equipment and monthly service.
